The challenge
We are looking for a driven and ambitious International HR Manager to successfully guide our organisation further in its process of growth and international integration within the ESSAA region. Responsibilities of this position include:
- Senior HR Business Partnership for senior management within the European Sales & Marketing organisation and several ESSAA staff departments
- Develop and implement our HR Road Map and HR practices
- Drive international talent management and succession planning
- Initiate and lead (international) HR projects
- Employer brand leadership, in close collaboration with Marketing
- Connect on global HR initiatives and integration
Your profile
- An academic degree in Human Resource Management and/or Business Administration
- At least 10 years of experience as HR Manager preferably in an international environment
- Team player with excellent communication, influencing and leadership skills
- Strategic thinker, highly self-driven, objectives-driven, hands on (close to operations) and service-oriented
- Experience in working in a wide variety of disciplines
- Creative and inventive
- Excellent in Dutch and English languages, German is a plus
